Buchanan Virtual Office take confidentiality very seriously and value your privacy. Information will NEVER be disclosed, loaned, leased, rented or sold to third parties, or made public without your permission, unless we are legally obligated to do so. Personal data and information that is received, e.g. contact form messages via the website, payments made through the website, newsletter subscriptions and any information from and about clients, is kept confidential. We aim to assist our clientele, and anyone interested in our services as effectively and efficiently as possible. The data and information collected will therefore only be used to optimize and / or improve the services that we offer. The information and data you provide is used to fulfill your specific request, as well as to optimize and / or improve the services we offer.

The personal information we collect about you in this website is the information the you provide to us. Environment

In effort to make positive contributions to the environment, we keep paper use to a minimum. For instance, invoices are sent by email and not printed, and any paper and supplies are from reused and / or recycled materials whenever possible.

Agreement & Termination

To maintain a professional work relationship with the needs of our clients clearly expressed, we require a signed agreement.  Work will commence after the agreement has been read, understood and signed.  The agreement is non-binding and does not oblige us to commit to a long-term partnership; either of us is free to terminate the work relationship.  It is requested from all clients with a monthly retainer package to send a notice of termination at least 30 days in advance if they do wish to terminate the partnership.  Please note that there will be NO refunds without a 30-day advance termination notice.
